Payment Terms
Some services are offered on a subscription or project basis. All payments are due as outlined in your package or custom agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend service if payment is not received by the due date.
Intellectual Property
All content, systems, frameworks, and tools shared by Backstage Growth—including the Pulse System, Loop System, and content guides—are the exclusive property of Backstage Growth and protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Clients receive a limited license to use the delivered content for their own brand and marketing purposes. Reuse or distribution beyond that scope is prohibited.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business. Any proprietary or sensitive information you share with us (including audience data, strategic plans, and internal documents) will be kept confidential and not disclosed without your permission, unless required by law.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We make no guarantees of specific performance outcomes. Our services are designed to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth; however, results depend on various external factors.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backstage Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 90 days prior to the claim.
Termination
You may cancel services at any time by written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or misused our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll post changes on our website and, where required, notify users via email. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
